"I guess I hate the Yankees now," said Schilling last night after the deal was announced.

Looks like the new guy already knows how to roll in Boston.

Free agent Right-hander Curt Schilling accepted a trade to Boston on Friday after agreeing to a contract extension that could keep him with the Red Sox through the end of his career.

The Boston Red Sox now have a potential pitching rotation of Pedro Martinez, Curt Schilling, Derek Lowe, Tim Wakefield and Byung-Hyun Kim.

Damn, Theo Epstein's sure got his mojo working.

As we all set off to our various locations to eat dead birds with our families and friends, I ask you to remember one thing:

If at anytime while on the road you approach a Toll Booth that has clearly marked, designated lanes that have been specifically set aside for E-Z Pass users, and you happen to one of those silly, silly people that still pays tolls with cash (how gauche), do me a huge favor and get the @#$& out of my way so I can exercise my God-given right as a technologically savvy uber-motorist to not have to wait in queue with the scum of the Earth. Thanks.

I know I haven't been putting much of anything up here lately, I guess I'm in a funk. When inspiration strikes, I'll let you know.
